Remodel 100 year old 2 story home. Install NFPA13D fire sprinkler system. There will be 7 bedrooms in total. 3 on the lower level, 1 on the main level, and 3 on the upper level. The bedroom on the main level will be an Accessible Type B unit. All bedrooms will be separated by a 1-hr fire partition wall. All floor/ceiling and roof/ceilings will be 1-hr fire rated. Build a new 16’x21’ rear deck with a wheelchair lift. New plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work throughout. Mechanical plans with fire damper locations are uploaded.
REQUIRED INPSECTIONS:
1) FRAMING - AFTER THE FRAMING IS COMPLETED BUT PRIOR TO INSULATION/SHEETROCK.
2) FINAL - UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
